Where do we deliver?

We deliver by GRA .

I live outside the GRA. Can I still receive the products?

Shipping costs?

The shipping costs € 4 , but from € 40 and up is free !

Minimum order?

The minimum order is € 15 .

How does delivery work?

Ordering on our site is very easy. After selecting the products, go to the cart and enter your address below. If we serve your area, you can set the date and time you want for delivery.

Which days of the week do you deliver?

We deliver all days, from Monday to Sunday .

At what times can I receive the products?

On weekdays , we deliver our products between 18.30 and 20.00. On holidays , we deliver between 12.00 and 13.30 and between 18.30 and 20.00.

Products

Gluten-free products?

We also deliver cannoli gluten free! Just choose the 'Gluten Free' format.

Special requests

I have to make a special request. How do I do it?

You can contact us , or in the cart, before checkout, there is an area where you can include any notes.

I want to order your products, but I prefer to do it by phone. How can I do it?

We are available to accept reservations by phone! You can call us from the page contacts .

Can I include a note in my order?

Of course! Write us what you want in the notes of the cart: we are at your disposal for any request.

Payment

What payment methods accepted?

You can pay via Paypal, Card Credit or Debit, cash on delivery and bonifico.

I need an invoice. How do I request it?

We are available to issue the invoice. Contact us and we will be at your disposal.
